There is a gravelled car park in front of the house. The front door is located about 10 metres from the parking area over a gentle downward slope.
There is a wide front door (98 cm) and then two steps down into the entrance hall.
Off the hall, there is the breakfast and guest drawing room and also a small WC.
Both guest rooms are on the first floor and are reached by an initial lower staircase consisting of 15 steps with a further three steps on to a lower landing. There is then a narrower (75 cm) staircase of 8 steps with a 90-degree turn. The Pemberton room is reached by a further short flight of 4 steps.
The Mainwaring room has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower with a 3 cm lip.
The Pemberton room’s en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower which is situated on a raised area with an 18 cm step up.
The main terrace in front of the house is reached via a flight of 4 stone steps. There is no handrail.
The terraced is gravelled.
The lawns and gardens are reached down 3 stone steps. There is no handrail. The garden paths are over grass.
